Provide Measurements

To provide the information necessary on a radius corner, extend two imaginary lines to a point where the sides would have met had the corner been square. Provide the distance from the break of the curve (point X) to the imaginary point (point Y). This will be your radius measurement that is entered in box C above.

HINT: Use two rulers to extend the sides of your
spa tub to a point. This will make it easier to
measure from point X to Y.

To provide the information on a cut corner, it may be necessary to verify the accuracy of that information.

• First, extend two imaginary lines to a point where the sides would have met had the corner been square.
• Check the distance from the inflexion of the cut corner (point X) to the imaginary (point Y).
• Now check this measurement against our cut corner measurementment verification chart below:

Please note: If you add the measurement you obtained (X to Y) twice to the measurement D, you should equal measurement A.

Measuring Tips:

Please be as accurate as possible when submitting your measurements, to ensure the proper fit of your new Spa Cover. If you have any questions or need assistance, give us a call at 1-800-983-7665.

• You may either measure your old Spa Cover, or the Spa itself
• All measurements must be submitted in inches
• Round up to the nearest inch unless your Spa is located inside a structure (such as a gazebo)
• Never round up to the nearest foot
• If measuring the Spa itself, all measurements should be taken from the outside edge of the Spa (including the cabinet, where applicable)
• Your Spa Cover will be manufactured to a tolerance of +/- 1/2" of the measurements you provide
